Satisfaction guarantee. If you have an issue, if you don't like something about the product you received, give us a chance to make it better. We want you to walk away with a great, quality product that you enjoy. We will do everything we can to make sure that you are a satisfied customer. Handmade, small batch to insure the best quality possible... and we stand by our products.

We use all natural ingredients in our handmade products, so if something is not up to par with something you received, let us know! We will issue you a refund, no questions asked. Trust us, we highly doubt you will!

If you have an issue, please read through the restrictions below and then proceed to Refund form. We will reach out to you within 24-48 hours upon receipt of the form. Please make sure, that you have your order ID ready.

ALL Return and/or Exchange Request(s) MUST be made within 30 days from the day which the order is FULFILLED.

NO Returns on Samples or Sample pack products.

NO Refunds on Shipping Fees.

NO Refunds for products having a subpar/weak/no scent (unless it's the Minimalist), or if the customer odes not like/enjoy the scent. We can help find a scent for you and do an exchange at the discretion of Beards Dignified.

Returns on apparel will only be granted if the product is unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

Beards Dignified will only issue a refund or product exchange, when we receive the product in question.

Customer is responsible for ALL Return Shipping Fees, unless the return or exchange is the result of an error by Beards Dignified.
